GDPR Requests & Data Management

As data controller, FastAssist24 (FastAssist24 CommV), BE1039597203, registered at Dumolinlaan 1, box 13, Kortrijk, 8500, processes personal data of customers, partners and employees in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — You have the right to know what personal data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long and to whom it is transferred.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — You can request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected or supplemented.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — You can request that your personal data be deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) — You can request that the processing of your data be temporarily restricted, for example when you dispute its accuracy.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — You can request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another data controller.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — You can object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.

Right to withdraw consent — If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Send your request by email to privacy@fastassist24.be with the subject "GDPR request — [type of request]". Include in your message: your full name, your email address or customer number, the type of request and a copy of a valid identity document (for verification).

We acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 working days. The request is handled within 30 calendar days. For complex requests or a large volume of requests, this deadline may be extended by up to 2 months; we will inform you of this.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, FastAssist24 notifies the competent supervisory authority (GBA) within 72 hours and data subjects as quickly as reasonably possible.

FastAssist24 maintains a record of processing activities in accordance with Art. 30 GDPR. This record is available to the competent supervisory authority.

If you believe FastAssist24 is not complying with your rights, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (GBA):
