Partner Terms & Conditions

These partner terms and conditions apply to the collaboration between FastAssist24 (FastAssist24 CommV), BE1039597203, registered at Dumolinlaan 1, box 13, Kortrijk, 8500, and all service providers (towing companies, garages, roadside assistance operators) affiliated with the FastAssist24 network.

New partners go through a verification process that includes: checking licences and insurance, verifying vehicles and equipment, assessing professional competence and references. Activation takes place after written approval by FastAssist24.

The partner undertakes to: hold all required licences, insurance and certifications, accept assistance requests within the agreed response times, carry out services professionally and in accordance with FastAssist24 quality standards, treat customer data confidentially, use the FastAssist24 app correctly for status updates and communication.

Fees are determined on the basis of the applicable rate schedule available in the partner portal. Payments are processed monthly, after deduction of any platform fees. The partner receives a detailed statement by email.

FastAssist24 monitors quality through customer satisfaction scores, response times and complaint records. Consistently poor performance will result in an improvement procedure. In case of repeated non-compliance, FastAssist24 reserves the right to terminate the collaboration.

The partner ensures adequate professional liability insurance for all work performed. Proof of insurance must be provided annually.

Partners may state that they are part of the FastAssist24 network. Further use of the brand, name or logo requires written permission from FastAssist24.

The partner only processes the personal data necessary for the performance of the assignment and acts in accordance with the GDPR.

Either party may terminate the collaboration with 1 month's notice. In case of serious breaches of these terms, FastAssist24 may terminate the collaboration with immediate effect.
